How do you review generated specs once more than one person's involved?

Curious how people handle reviewing the spec/plan once it's generated, especially with more than one person needing to sign off. When you re-prompt and it changes, do you reread the whole thing, or is there a way to see just what's different? 🧐

If you are reviewing changes and sign off I would recommend using Git as you are integrating them into your business process
