What problem would this solve?
If someone do a comment (with inline comments) like with "approve" or "request change" it is not shown on the overview.
Also if someone is added as a reviewer and the user just do comment (not approve or request change) it is not counted on the PR overview.
Only single comments are counted on the comment-icon on the right side.
I mean this overview:
What do you propose?
Add a Label to the PR "x commented" besides "approval", "change request" and "waiting review".
(Or make it visible otherwise)
