Bitbucket login to developer.mend.io was working earlier on 31-Jul-2026 but now consistently fails for my account.

Observations

• Another user can successfully log into developer.mend.io.
• The issue occurs in multiple browsers.
• Bitbucket OAuth consent completes successfully.
• The callback reaches https://developer.mend.io/api/bb?appId=2
• That endpoint returns: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
• Response body: I

Notes
The response headers include x-access-token and x-refresh-token, suggesting the OAuth token exchange succeeds and the failure occurs afterwards during Mend account processing.
